I’ve felt a shift in my style over the years. I started by just wanting to take pictures. Then it was all about the smiling and looking at the camera pictures. Now that I have been at it awhile, I love those playful moments. They feel real and authentic to me. Don’t get me wrong, I still love a good smiling picture. My favorites though often come from moments when mom and dad are playing with kiddos and just enjoying the funny things they say or are embracing the unpredictable. This cute family was so much fun to photograph! Mom and Dad were relaxed and just enjoyed spending time with the kiddos and that’s why their pictures turned out SO good! That’s probably my number one tip to all families: just relax and smile through it all!
